Role Overview
Ideagen is looking for a talented Marketing Automation Executive to lead our marketing automation strategy. You will develop, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns using Salesforce, Pardot and other technology to drive lead generation, nurturing and ROI. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, delivering data‑driven programmes that support our business growth.
Responsibilities
* Design, build and deploy Pardot‑based multi‑channel automation campaigns, including email, lead nurturing and customer journeys.
* Manage lead scoring models, progressive profiling and the lead lifecycle to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
* Maintain marketing database health, ensure GDPR compliance and execute strategic segmentation for targeted messaging.
* Track campaign performance using Pardot and Salesforce, providing dashboards and actionable insights to demonstrate ROI and effectiveness.
* Serve as the Pardot technical expert, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing platform functionality.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, design, product marketing, sales and IT teams to guarantee flawless campaign execution and system performance.

* High attention to detail and consistency across campaign assets, data management and reporting.
* Continuous improvement mindset – streamline workflows, enhance performance and drive measurable gains.
* Hands‑on exposure to marketing automation platforms and foundational understanding of campaign setup and execution.
* Familiar with Salesforce CRM, basic reporting and lead management functions.
* Proficient in Excel for data analysis, segmentation and reporting, including formulas and pivot tables.
