A leading law firm is seeking an employment lawyer to work in the Schools and Charities Sector, based in Guildford. This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to three years' post-qualification experience, looking to develop expertise in employment and education law within a well-established and highly regarded practice.

The successful candidate will provide specialist employment and education law advice to independent schools and charities across the UK. The role covers a wide range of legal issues, including employment contracts, HR policies, restructuring, safeguarding, and pupil-related concerns. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be offered to support professional development, enabling the individual to build expertise and manage their own caseload.
