Main duties and responsibilities
Job Summary:
1. Co-ordinate and assist with the management of direct operations recruitment model.
2. Assist the HR team with external recruitment and associated administration.
3. Process applications and arrange registration appointments with candidates (virtual and face-face), providing candidates with relevant job information and keeping them up-to-date throughout the process.
4. Carry out registration interviews to include document verification, right to work checks and selection testing.
5. Co-ordinate online inductions through OBBI system.
6. Positively promote Decora as an employer of choice and an equal opportunities employer.
7. Attend relevant recruitment events.
8. Support the co-ordination of exit interview process and compile leaver analysis.
9. Contributing to reporting.
10. Co-ordinate employee engagement activities such as benefits, health and wellbeing and charity events.
11. Update and review internal communication tools e.g. intranet, noticeboards etc. to ensure staff are kept up to date on HR related matters.
12. Update the HR System (PAMS) for all HR related records e.g. recruitment, absence, disciplinary, personal details etc.
13. Assist with HR administration.
14. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Essential requirements
Criteria: Applicants should be full time students registered with a NI University, working towards a HRM or a business-related Degree. Please note, short listing may be based on Year 1 and Year 2 Module Exams.
The applicant must hold a full clean driving license with access to their own vehicle.
