Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
* Identify new opportunities and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Lead and develop the estimating team, ensuring motivation and performance management.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Estimating
1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely estimates and quotations.
2. Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to assess project requirements.
3. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
