Overview Were looking for a confident, hands-on 3rd Line IT Engineer to join our team. If youre tired of sitting behind a screen all day and want a role where your expertise makes a real impact on-site especially in the hospitality and residential-care sectors this role could be for you. Youll be based from our Basingstoke head office, with regular travel to client sites including 4- and 5-star hotels and residential-care environments. This is a varied role offering a mix of projects, support, infrastructure and consultancy. Hours are 9:00 to 18:00 weekdays, with participation in one of two on-call rotas shared amongst the rest of the engineering team. What Youll Be Doing Delivering on-site and remote IT support and project delivery Acting as the go-to advisor for hospitality and residential-care clients Resolving complex issues across servers, networking, virtualisation, and VoIP Leading by example for 2nd Line engineers Building long-term trust and relationships with clients Youll Need Experience In Windows Server/Desktop troubleshooting Hyper-V or VMware (ESXi) VLANs, switching, and network diagnostics 3CX or Mitel VoIP would be a bonus Hotel or residential-care industry IT knowledge and experience would be amazing too You Must Have A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle Willingness to travel frequently to client sites Strong communication skills and a pride in doing things right What We Offer £35,000 £48,000 salary depending on your experience Private healthcare Christmas bonuses Up to £100 per month in Amazon vouchers Working with a friendly team of like-minded engineers A role thats more than just being a ticket-logger.
