Are you an experienced and skilled HGV Technician looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opening at our clients Commercial Main Dealership in the vibrant city of Manchester. Responsibilities of HGV Technician:
5. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
6. Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
7. Carry out inspections and servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
8. Complete documentation and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
9. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service.
Requirements of the HGV Technician:
10. Proven experience as an HGV Technician or a similar role, preferably in a commercial dealership environment.
11. Proficient knowledge of heavy goods vehicles, their systems, and components.
12. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
13. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
16. Valid HGV driving license (preferable).
