Family Support Social Worker in South Wales A Local Authority in South Wales is seeking an experienced Social Worker who is locally based for their Family Support & Protection service which works directly with children and families to prevent harm. Here are the details: Will be joining a small and stable team that has a supportive manager who provides regular and effective supervision - at least once a month. The team operate a hybrid working pattern where you can work from home 2-3 times a week helping you balance other commitments with work. Caseloads are very well managed within the team and the service generally have a lower caseload when compared to neighbouring Local Authorities so you wont have to work evenings or weekends to catch up with work. Longer contracts are also being offered providing stability and security Interviews are being arranged as CV's are received so could give you an opportunity to get into a new role quickly.
