Who are we looking for?
As Project Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in‑class retail experiences. You will contribute to the project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.
What you’ll do:
* Understand the project set up including project scope, timelines, resources and outcome
* Manage supplier purchase orders and keep project cost trackers up to date
* Coordinate transport with clients, partners and subcontractors
* Support inventory from arrival to dispatch and returns
* Organise and coordinate key project materials including training guides, briefs, booking in forms
* Set up and maintain all project systems (including Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft)
* Help to identify risks early and solve any issues promptly
* Support with quality control to ensure it aligns with the project brief and requirements
* Communicate project progress, milestones and any challenges clearly
* Build strong relationships across internal teams and with external partners
What you’ll need:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
* Experience working in an administrative role
* Previous experience using project management systems (Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft) preferred
* GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
* Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management preferred
