Salary
£29,000 per annum plus benefits.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing support to account managers, ensuring excellent customer service, and completing administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact with customers and liaise with internal teams.
* Create and process quotations, achieving a fast turnaround.
* Negotiate and liaise with suppliers.
* Be responsible for order processing.
* Ensure all information is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
* Prepare reports and data as needed by account managers.
* Coordinate purchasing and logistics.
* Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Candidate Profile
* Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
* Experience in a sales support or customer service role recommended.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
* Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Must live within a commutable distance.
