A well-regarded Church of England primary school in Central London is seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in preparing pupils for upper KS2 and helping them grow into confident, independent learners.

What you'll be doing:
* Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
* Supporting pupils' progress in core subjects, while nurturing their wider development
* Using assessment to inform teaching and ensure all pupils are making strong progress
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
* Contributing to the wider life of the school and its community
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS2 (preferably Year 5)
* Strong subject knowledge, particularly in English and Maths
* A reflective, adaptable practitioner with a passion for pupil progress
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
