Principal Consultant - B2C In-House Marketing at ADLIB
As a Head of Digital Marketing you’ll play an integral part in leading the marketing function and elevating the digital presence assuring that key channels reach their full potential. The successful postholder will sit on a Senior Leadership Team. Your day to day tasks will involve developing and implementing data-led digital marketing strategy to drive further growth. You will manage a team internally as well as external suppliers (PPC, SEO and affiliate agencies as well as copywriters and content producers). Key digital channels you’ll take ownership of are SEO, Paid and Email. There will be a big emphasis on regular analysis of digital channels’ performance. The postholder will work collaboratively with the Commercial team on introducing new lines as well as assessing pricing strategies. They will also work closely with Product and Development teams on CRO initiatives.
What experience you’ll need
* Previous experience in a similar role for a rapidly growing eCommerce business.
* Proven track record of boosting performance across SEO, Paid Channels and email.
* Team management and supplier management experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
* Outstanding analytical skills.
* Exceptional project management skills.
* Confident, dynamic, ambitious and inspirational personality, someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment, be hands-on with day-to-day operations, and provide strategic leadership as we scale.
What you’ll get in return
A salary in the region of £80-90k DOE is on offer, as well as bonus and generous benefits package. This role is being offered as a hybrid and will have an expectation of 3 days a week in the office (free parking is available).
