Qualifications
• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Have previous leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• Note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £30,160 per annum (40 hours per week).
Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day.

What Being a Deputy Nursery Manager Involves
* Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high‑quality early years education with pride and energy.
* Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Act as a role model, fostering an environment of initiative, creativity, and high standards of care.
* Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaboration and excellent outcomes for children.
* Monitor and guide the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging and nurturing learning opportunities.
* Take responsibility for the nursery in the Nursery Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional development within your team.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects the unique needs of every child.
