Joining a global broking firm with a growing foothold in the UK, this role sits within an expanding corporate broking team.
The proposition has serious backing, serious ambition and a clear plan to grow a high quality corporate client base. You will manage existing corporate accounts and work on a flow of structured new business opportunities.
Not cold calling or chasing scraps - proper prospects, introductions and opportunities where there is already a reason for the client to engage. We're not chasing individuals who can 'bring a book with them'.
The clients
These are genuine corporate businesses.
• Clients generating £25k+ fee income
• Complex insurance programmes
• Businesses that value risk advice and structured solutions
You will inherit existing relationships and be expected to develop them.
Alongside that, you will work on new client opportunities generated through the firm’s wider network and proposition.

A major international broking business, well established globally, yet relatively fresh to the UK. The UK leadership team is investing heavily in building a serious corporate proposition and the model is different to many traditional brokers:
• Data led client insight
• Technology driven risk analysis
• A strong focus on advice and programme design
It gives Account Executives something different to take to market and clients are listening. The corporate client base is growing and the team is expanding.
The role
This is a relationship led Account Executive position.
You will:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
• Lead renewal strategy and client engagement
• Work with Account Handlers and broking specialists on programme delivery
• Develop new client relationships from structured opportunities and referrals
• Win and retain corporate accounts through advice led broking
This is about quality clients and long term relationships, not high volume trading.
You
• Experience managing corporate or larger commercial clients
• A track record of developing and retaining client relationships
• Confidence leading client discussions and renewal strategy
• The ability to win business through credibility and advice
• You do not need to arrive with a large portable book.
The focus is on good Account Executives who can build relationships and win work.
