Tribute Home Care is looking for a full time Scheduling Partner to join our team. This is a great position for someone that is detailed, has strong problem-solving skills and is seeking meaningful, mission-driven work, and the opportunity to grow professionally.

About Tribute

Tribute Home Care is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great caregivers and great service. We do this by hiring only those caregivers who can build real connections with their clients and by offering them the community of support and recognition they deserve.

A day in the life of a Scheduling Partner

Scheduling Partners play a critical role in matching our remarkable Caregiver Associates with clients in need of care. They will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with caregivers and witness the impact a great caregiver - client match can have on clients, their families, and our caregivers.

This will be done by:

* Collaborating with Client Solutions Managers to understand client's care needs and scheduling requirements
* Building relationships with caregivers to best understand their availability, skills, and personality
* Helping match caregivers with clients in a thoughtful, meaningful way that pair skill sets and personality
* Building schedules and orienting caregivers to new schedules
* Seeking creative solutions to scheduling problems, both independently and collaboratively
* Assisting in the continuous improvement of scheduling efficiency

This is a hybrid position. The role requires working on-site at Tribute's Framingham office every Wednesday for full-day in-person orientations with new Caregivers and for occasional in-person events and Caregiver celebrations. Additionally, the position involves visiting Caregivers in the community approximately once every other month. On days without in-person commitments, this person has the flexibility to work from home.

Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:

* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
* A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
* The ability to travel to the Tribute Framingham, MA office every Wednesday
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Prior experience in a remote working environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong organization skills
* A collaborative approach
* Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence

Benefits of working at Tribute

* Strong, mission-driven culture
* Fun, collaborative, and supportive team that you will love working with
* Opportunities for growth
* Competitive salary
* Unlimited paid time off
* Ability to work from home / remote
* Health, dental and vision insurance with employer contribution
* 401(k) retirement plan
