Digital Upskilling Communities Manager
Location: Open on GTUK location - hybrid working
Join us at a pivotal moment in our digital transformation journey.
Our teams help individuals, businesses, and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals. We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Digital Upskilling Communities Manager to support the adoption of digital tools and AI technologies, and to build and lead communities of practice that foster collaboration, shared learning, and innovation across the firm. You will play a key role in helping the business embrace new tools and mindsets, creating sustainable communities that enhance capability and confidence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Champion the adoption of digital tools, AI technologies, and new ways of working.
* Build and lead Digital Upskilling Communities of Experts, encouraging collaboration, peer-to-peer learning, and cross-functional insight sharing.
* Design and deliver tailored learning experiences, including workshops, demos, and curated content.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement, sharing best practices, and creating forums for digital dialogue.
* Align community efforts with firm-wide capability priorities through collaboration with key teams.
* Gather feedback and measure impact to continuously improve learning experiences and engagement.
* Stay current on digital trends, tools, and AI developments, translating these into practical initiatives for the business.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum criteria include:
* Experience leading digital or AI adoption initiatives in complex organizational environments.
* Proven ability to build and sustain learning or professional communities.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience managing stakeholder calls and live sessions.
* Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, AI apps, Power Platforms, and collaborative digital workspaces.
* Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences.
* Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Preferred additional skills include experience in professional services, understanding of change management practices, familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning tools, and involvement in digital champion programs. However, don’t worry if you don’t meet every criterion; we will support your development.
