About the Role
As Front of House & Hospitality Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across reception, meeting rooms, events, and hospitality services within the client’s offices. You will lead by example, ensuring every guest, visitor, and colleague enjoys a professional and polished experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, supporting, and developing the Front of House and Hospitality team.
* Overseeing all reception, meeting room, catering, and event services to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
* Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail across all areas.
* Managing schedules, rotas, budgets, and supplier relationships efficiently and effectively.
* Monitoring service performance, identifying improvements, and driving innovation.
* Upholding compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — one moment you’ll be coaching your team, the next ensuring a VIP event runs flawlessly.
