Main Duties
Assist with the pastoral duties of a year group under the direction of the Head of Year, providing support to all students and responding to individual needs.
The successful candidate will be someone who:

* can quickly build rapport with students and colleagues
* enthuses and motivates colleagues and students
* has experience working with children aged 11-16 in an educational setting
