For the right person, this role offers clear progression into a full Recruitment Consultant position, where you will manage your own clients, candidates and significantly increase your earning potential. What You'll Be Doing Using our CRM system to identify suitable candidates for live vacancies Building targeted candidate call lists each day Speaking with candidates via phone, email and text Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms Proactively searching for CVs and new candidates Using LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt new homes sales professionals Supporting consultants with candidate shortlists and interview processes Keeping the CRM updated with candidate activity and notes You will be expected to work at pace, manage multiple roles and consistently source high-quality candidates.
