Reporting into the Senior Building Services Manager, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our office environments, drive operational excellence, and manage critical supplier relationships. As a Facilities Manager, you will: Accountable for the operational planning and organisation of resources for all aspects of Facilities. Provide full leadership and management of a small team covering, Facilities, Health & Safety & Colleague Wellbeing. Ensuring that the necessary skills and competency levels are in place, developed or acquired and that a strong service ethos is inculcated and maintained. Responsible for the efficient provision of, Health and Safety compliance and management and facility support. Ensuring property assets and related physical resources can support the adapting business needs of the bank, safely, effectively and efficiently. Manage the Facilities budget for Bradford site and develop strategic relationships with suppliers to deliver best value. Establish and maintain service level agreements with all facilities related service providers and ensure that the suppliers are effectively managed in accordance with the Procurement Supplier Management framework. Responsibility for anticipating future requirements for all things Facilities related for the business. Full MI reporting on people, H&S, environmental impact, budgetary spends and incident management and utilise the MI to analyse and drive performance of the department. What We're Looking For: Previous experience within a Facilities Management function Ability to balance long term strategic thinking with day-to-day operations activities Effectively plan and organise work, prioritising deadlines whilst working at a fast pace Proven experience in defining, delivering, and managing third-party supplier services, with a strong track record of monitoring performance and driving improvements through effective KPI management. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret MI and use it for sound decision making Actively ensure the behaviours we have committed to as an organisation are demonstrated, reinforced and recognised in my own area of influence IOSH Managing Safely qualification Offers are subject to satisfactory background checks, including credit, fraud, and employment references.
