Join us and gain hands‑on experience at M&G while building a deep understanding of Technology Engineering within the Financial Services industry. Your journey begins on 14 September 2026 with a cohort‑wide induction, blending industry-focused training with insight sessions led by experienced professionals.
Programme Highlights
* Business Rotations: Structured rotations across multiple engineering teams, building technical expertise and a broader understanding of how the business operates.
* Professional Qualifications: Support for studying a qualification relevant to your role, with dedicated study leave and resources.
* Professional Skills Development: Interactive workshops and self‑led missions covering networking, communication and personal branding.
* Support Network: A manager to guide development, a buddy for day‑to‑day queries, and many opportunities to attend insight events and grow your network at M&G.
What will I be doing?
* Rotate through multiple engineering teams to gain hands‑on experience in software development practices.
* Understand how delivery, quality assurance and resource management are executed across different teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
* Feed insights back into a central function to help shape strategies that support our ambition of delivering the best developer experience in financial services.
What are we looking for?
* Comfort with technology and digital tools, with an interest in engineering.
* Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to work effectively in teams and build strong relationships.
* Analytical and critical thinker who can form independent opinions and approach problems with curiosity.
* A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
* Recent graduate, or graduating in Summer 2026.
* Right to work in the UK at the time of application – no visa sponsorship provided for this programme.
