We are opening a brand-new Alternative Provision (AP) in West Bradford, Clitheroe, and we are seeking a foundational Primary Lead Teacher to spearhead our primary phase. Starting on 1st June 2026, you will have a unique "set-up" window to influence the curriculum, design the learning environment, and establish the culture before our first cohort of students arrives. This is a rare chance to move away from mainstream constraints and create a truly trauma-informed, therapeutic primary setting in the heart of the Ribble Valley. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design: Develop a bespoke, high-impact primary curriculum for students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
