Care Assistant – Days
Location: Towy Castle Care Home
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 7:00am – 17:00pm
Rota: 3 on / 3 off rolling rota (including every other weekend)

Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our friendly team on day shifts.
This is a rewarding role supporting residents with their daily needs while helping them maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a warm and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing and hygiene
* Assist residents with mobility and daily living activities
* Help with meals and hydration
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Maintain accurate care records
* Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
What We’re Looking For
* ✔ Caring, patient and reliable individuals
* ✔ Previous care experience preferred
* ✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
* ✔ A positive and compassionate approach to supporting residents
* ✔ Ideally someone who drives, as public transport may not always be available for some shift times
