About the Role
Pimlico Plumbers, part of the international Neighbourly home services group, is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head Of Revenue Growth to lead our Sales and Project teams. This is a key strategic position, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring outstanding customer experience across our domestic and commercial markets.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the Sales Team and Project Managers to achieve financial and operational targets
• Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic plans
• Drive large domestic and recurring commercial sales opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Leadership, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Support new product/service development and present commercial proposals
• Strengthen communication processes and enhance customer engagement
• Mentor and coach the sales function, promoting best practice and high performance
• Act as a visible leader for internal teams, franchise partners, and external stakeholders
About You
• Proven senior-level sales experience, ideally within Facilities Management or Building Services
• Strong commercial acumen with a record of driving sales growth
• Exceptional relationship-builder and communicator
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
