Your role:
We are looking for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer or Graduate Geo-environmental Engineer for our Infrastructure team based in Cambridge, joining our 2025 Graduate Programme.
As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
Our small, close-knit team of geo professionals is part of a wider multidisciplinary office and a national ground engineering team. You will benefit from strong support from both office and technical colleagues, as well as guidance from senior staff in our open and collaborative culture.
Our Cambridge office offers a diverse range of disciplines within Infrastructure & Buildings engineering and design, fostering close collaboration on numerous projects. Joining our established ground assessment team provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in analyzing geological, geo-environmental, and geotechnical data; delivering ground investigations; supporting Environmental Impact Assessments; assessing foundations, slope stability, and earthworks; creating ground models; conducting contaminated land risk assessments; developing remediation strategies; monitoring fieldworks; designing and reporting on foundations, retaining walls, soil slope stability, earthworks, and rock slope stabilization; utilizing numerical analysis software; and collaborating on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.

About you:
