About the role
The successful candidate will support the recruitment process, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Experience with social media and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
Main responsibilities
1. Utilise social media to attract candidates.
2. Support social media engagement and content ideas for recruitment channels.
3. Identify candidate pools through research and networking.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings and interview scheduling.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
6. Conduct initial candidate pre-screens and coordinate interviews.
Requirements
* Experience with social media in a recruitment setting.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to manage own time and meet deadlines.
* Driving license and ability to travel is advantageous.
