The Role The School Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the school office, ensuring daily operations run efficiently. This is a busy, varied role requiring excellent organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: • Front-of-house reception duties and parent communication • Managing attendance records and pupil data • Supporting admissions, enquiries, and pupil files • General administration, data entry, and record keeping • Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies • Using school systems such as SIMS or Arbor (desirable) • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and confidentiality Candidate Profile The school is seeking a reliable and proactive administrator with previous experience in a school or education setting.
