DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST (Part-Time, Remote with Monthly Office Meetings) We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our client's team on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a proven track record in lead generation through digital channels. The focus will be on establishing and optimising LinkedIn, WhatsApp, PPC, and inbound marketing channels, as well as identifying other effective digital strategies to generate quality leads for our website and SEO services. This role is remote with monthly in-office meetings in Westbury. The Role As a Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and trialling digital lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients. Our client's LinkedIn and WhatsApp lead generation channels are not yet fully established, you will take the lead in building and optimising these channels while also assessing other potential digital strategies. You will work closely with the internal marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are effectively tracked and nurtured within Monday.com, the CRM system. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads that will drive revenue growth for this marketing agency. The Day-to-Day Establish, test, and optimise LinkedIn outreach to engage with potential clients and generate leads. Set up and refine WhatsApp marketing as a lead generation tool. Develop and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive inbound enquiries. Create and implement inbound marketing strategies, including content marketing, email sequences, and automated workflows. Identify and implement other digital marketing channels that can enhance lead generation efforts. Track and manage leads within Monday.com CRM, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimising for better results. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. What is Needed? Proven experience in lead generation through digital marketing channels, ideally within a digital marketing agency or B2B environment. Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach, PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), inbound marketing, and WhatsApp marketing. Ability to set up, test, and optimise new digital marketing channels from scratch. Experience using Monday.com or other CRM systems to track and nurture leads. A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for better performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on lead generation KPIs. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time (3 days a week) role.
