Description
Who are we looking for?
Leadership mindset and ownership — senior experience is important, but the ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and intent matters just as much. We value leaders who take ownership and are open to developing and evolving their approach.
Strong commercial leadership across multiple projects — leading Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and support teams to deliver financial performance, manage risk, and ensure contracts are executed effectively. If you can lead it, improve it, and scale it, we want to hear from you.
Finance-savvy commercial leader — ideally with experience in management accounts, cost allocation, and financial modelling to support forecasting, decision-making, and business unit performance.
People and performance focused — setting clear direction, building accountability, developing future leaders, and creating teams that are engaged, capable, and proud of what they deliver.
Strategy and delivery — owning the Business Unit’s commercial strategy, contract governance, cost control, and financial performance to support sustainable growth.
Operational excellence — driving efficiency, risk management, and commercial value while continuously looking for smarter ways of working.
Continual improvement — no one has all the answers. We’re looking for leaders who challenge constructively, learn continuously, and turn improvement ideas into real results.
If you want to be part of something ambitious, influence how commercial operations evolve, and make a genuine impact at scale, we want to hear from you.
Who will you work with?
Our Commercial function is central to the Business Unit’s success, providing insight and support to projects, operations, and leadership teams. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and senior leadership across Manufacturing, Planning & Forecasting, HSE, Quality, and Plant Assets, your focus will be on protecting margin, mitigating risk, and enabling high-quality delivery.
If you’re results-focused, care about what really matters, and want to lead teams that take pride in getting things done properly — you’ll fit right in.

* Spot risks and opportunities early, implement solutions, and ensure teams consistently deliver contractual and financial targets.
* Work strategically and practically — balancing commercial priorities, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Shape the culture — set the standard for accountability, commercial awareness, and pride across all teams while promoting a can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
