Following a period of rapid growth and with some of the UKs most exciting clients on board, our client is looking for a passionate and organised Technical Coordinator to join our growing team. Whats the Opportunity? Reporting to the Head of Technical, youll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations. What Will You Be Doing? Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance – Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action. Calibration Scheduling – Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules. Quality Management System (QMS) – Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready. QA Coverage – Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed. Consumables Management – Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team. Supplier Assurance – Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates. Deputise for Head of Technical – Provide leadership cover where required. Specification Management – Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current. HACCP Participation – Support our food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team. Operational Support – Work with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement. What Are We Looking For? Minimum 3 years’ QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink) HACCP Level 3 Internal Auditor trained Experience with retailer specification systems Why Join the business?
