JOB – Graduate Electrical Engineer
LOCATION – Northamptonshire
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – £25,000 to £35,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is working with a company in the renewable energy sector based in Northamptonshire who are looking to hire a Graduate Electrical Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business focused on sustainability and green technology.
The Graduate Electrical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (BEng, MEng, etc.)
Strong interest in renewable energy technologies and sustainable systems
Some practical or academic experience with electrical systems and design
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices
Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD or similar
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environmentThe Graduate Electrical Engineer role will involve:
Supporting the design, testing, and implementation of electrical systems within renewable projects
Assisting with site surveys, data collection, and feasibility studies
Creating and modifying technical drawings and documentation
Working closely with senior engineers and project teams
Helping ensure systems comply with regulations and project requirements
Participating in continuous improvement and research into emerging technologies
