Job Description
We are working with a well-established luxury textiles brand to secure an experienced Sales Account Manager to take ownership of their portfolio of global partner relationships. This is a relationship-driven role, sitting at the heart of the business and acting as the face of the brand across a network of international markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with each partner to ensure a seamless and premium experience for interior designers and end customers alike.
The role encompasses the full account management cycle, from handling partner enquiries, generating quotations and providing specification assistance, through to managing stock reservations, processing orders and resolving queries. The candidate will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, supporting order conversion from initial enquiry through to fulfilment, and maintaining the exceptional standards of customer service that reflect the values of the brand.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, will bring proven sales experience within the luxury textile or interiors markets, a genuine passion for interior design and a solid understanding of material certification and compliance within the interior design and hospitality sectors. They will be highly organised, self-motivated and commercially minded, with the ability to think laterally, communicate effectively across teams, and build lasting, meaningful relationships with partners at all levels.
Hours: 9 am – 6pm
Based: Central London – Hybrid 4 days office / 1 day wfh
Duties include but are not limited to:

* Manage client accounts and assist with fabric specification / purchase

* Audit partner displays and coordinating sample replenishments
\t
* Provide in-depth collection knowledge and creative, tailored recommendations
\t
* Keep partners informed of new collections
\t
* Lead monthly partner meetings to review pipeline, issues and deliver brand training
\t
* Identify potential new clients
\t
* Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution across all partner accounts
\t
* Work cross-departmental teams/ facilitate regular joint meetings
\t
* Monthly reporting on partner performance, growth, issues and key matters
