~ Check your local transport links here: As a Chef de Partie at Sodexo in Priory Hospital Bristol, Heath House Lane, Stapleton, Bristol, BS16 1EQ, you'll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. You'll be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. Maintain and deliver quality meals following set recipes and menus
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety legislation
Ensure all mandatory staff training is completed and training plans are followed
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience as a chef
Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
