We re recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to join a baby room in a well-established nursery in the BS16 area.
This is a great opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to step up or an existing Room Leader looking for a supportive setting with strong benefits and progression.
What you ll be doing:
* Leading the baby room and supporting day-to-day operations
* Supervising and guiding staff
* Ensuring high standards in line with EYFS
* Managing key children and building strong parent relationships
What we re looking for:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous room leader or senior experience
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
