We’re looking for an experienced LMS Manager (Thinkific) with a passion for learning technologies and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Sumsub Academy online learning environment by supporting users and ensuring smooth operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
LMS administration
* Keep the LMS up to date, secure, and fully functional.
* Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
* Oversee configurations and integrations with other systems.
Course operations
* Participate in uploading new courses and updating learning materials.
* Participate in testing courses to ensure smooth enrollments, progress tracking, and completion.
User support
* Provide technical assistance to learners and administrators.
* Create and update user guides, FAQs, and resources to improve adoption.
Reporting
* Monitor and analyze LMS usage data (course completions, engagement, assessment results).
* Generate reports to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.
Collaboration
* Partner with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align the LMS with business needs.
* Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the LMS vendor or technical team.
Contract & payment management
* Track contract terms, renewals, and payment schedules.
* Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of fees.
About You:
* Experience working with Thinkific LMS is a must.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset; able to support non-technical users in a clear, approachable way.
* Comfortable handling complex tasks independently and taking initiative to resolve issues.
* Excellent communication skills, confident when working with senior staff and subject matter experts.
* Strong reporting skills.
* Basic graphic design abilities.
* Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
* Experience with API automation and external integrations (a plus).
* Basic understanding of adult learning principles (a plus).
* Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards (a plus).
