Product Content Writer
Location: Chester (hybrid)
Contract: 3-4 months with the possibility of being made permanent
We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join a large B2B services provider based in Chester. In this role, you will create impactful content that supports sales efforts, enhances multi-channel marketing initiatives, and clearly articulates our client’s product offerings. You will lead the implementation of the product content strategy, ensuring comprehensive support for successful market launches through sales pitch decks, playbooks, product sheets, and web content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop clear, benefit-led content that effectively communicates product value and differentiation.
2. Create compelling launch collateral aligned with product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
3. Stay informed on market trends to produce fresh, relevant content for target audiences.
4. Develop sales tools such as battle cards, one-pagers, email templates, scripts, and case studies.
5. Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to address buyer needs, objections, and messaging gaps.
6. Produce branded assets, playbooks, training materials, and solution briefs to support partner channels.
7. Tailor messaging for partners across various industries and audiences.
8. Maintain a consistent tone and messaging across all content and formats.
9. Edit and improve existing content; support proofreading for grammar and tone.
10. Assist with internal communications and broader business content tasks as needed.
