The Role
As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. You’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, building strong relationships with partners to deliver measurable results. This is a hands‑on, dynamic role where your creativity and analytical skills directly contribute to the business’s growth.
What You'll Do
* Plan, launch and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns to boost growth and brand awareness
* Build and nurture affiliate relationships to create long‑term, successful partnerships.
* Analyse performance metric and use insights to improve campaign ROI
* Manage affiliate networks and platforms to ensure smooth execution and growth
* Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader strategies
* Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to evolve our affiliate marketing approach
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing and building partnerships that deliver measurable results
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
Nice to Have
* Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
* Knowledge of digital marketing channels beyond affiliate (PPC, email, social)
* Familiarity with the tech or sustainability sectors
