Join Our Team as an Area Sales Manager!

Location: Scotland & North East

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Carrier Rental Systems, a proud part of the global Carrier Corporation, operates around the clock, 365 days a year, delivering top-notch rental products to a diverse range of clients and industries. We are excited to invite a dynamic professional to join our Pumps & Power division!


About the Role

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our Power & Pump division across Scotland and North East England. In this role, you will:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Drive sales, rentals, and profits by targeting both existing and new market verticals.


Your Key Responsibilities

As our Area Sales Manager, you will:

* Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
* Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market, identifying strategic opportunities to grow market share.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver industry-leading standards to our customers.
* Prospect for new customers and explore opportunities with existing clients.
* Continuously develop your product and application knowledge.
* Utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM system.
* Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your designated area.
* Assist in the collection of payments due for services provided.


What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

* Outside sales experience in generators or power generation equipment.
* Experience with sustainable energy solutions like solar or battery storage is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
* A self-motivated attitude and a passion for success.
* A valid UK driving license.
