Recruit teachers and support staff for schools in the home counties
Source, screen, and place candidates into roles
Build relationships with schools and educators
Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement
Become a trusted advisor to clients in the education sectorWe're Looking For:
Experience in education recruitment - 1 year minimum
Confident, resilient, and career-minded individuals
Strong communication and organisation skills
