Job Description
1. Define and execute the company's strategic growth plan.
2. Establish the company's vision, mission, and brand positioning within the legal technology sector.
3. work closely with the board and investors to secure and manage financing, partnerships and M&A opportunties.
4. Build the business development and sales organization, go to market strategy, channel partnerships and pricing models.
5. Identify new market opportunities and lead development of technology initiatives.
6. Oversee P&L, financial planning and performance metrics to ensure scalable growth.
