As a part of the Ask4help team, you will be an integral member of a fast-paced front line service, providing support University students through a variety of face to face, phone and digital communication channels. We are particularly interested in individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills, as well as competence in using standard Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will be able to blend their experience in customer interactions with their understanding of student needs, ensuring the provision of an outstanding service for our customers. The role is based on-campus in Newcastle City Centre, and will require you to work night shift: as follows: 3 nights on-shift, followed by 6 nights off-shift, working 23:00 until 08:10 the following morning. The end date for this assignment will be 23 rd May 2026. This particular role is perfect for candidates who have busy lives. The shift pattern is also NOT suitable for students due to the rota.
