Your Role as a Sales Coordinator
Based in our Burdens & Fusion Utilities Branch in Crawley (RH10 9RE), you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships as you serve them behind the trading counter and over the phone.
* Ensure the branch is tidy and presentable, organizing stock appropriately.
* Collaborate closely with other Sales Coordinators and report to the Sales Office Manager.
* Eventually manage a ledger of customers and transition into a Sales Negotiator role.
Working Conditions
Our working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts available:
* 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
* 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
* 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to have:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key!
* IT literacy and confidence in speaking with customers both in person and over the phone.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while learning about our products and customers.
