Shift opportunities include:
Full Time
Weekend avaiability required on a rota basis
Mornings only (6am until 2pm)

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Breakfast Chef de Partie would include...
* Preparing a range of high-quality breakast dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants
* Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
* Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
* Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
* Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
* Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities for this role...
* Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience required
* Food safety qualification required
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Strong communication skills, both with peers and the management team
* Adaptable and flexible to support business requirements
* Approachable at all times, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be a team play
