Overview

We’re looking for a Project / Account Manager to join socialed and take ownership of how our work gets delivered.

This is not a traditional account management role.

This is an operations-first position focused on:

* Driving internal efficiency
* Ensuring projects land on time and at a high standard
* Creating clarity, structure and accountability across the team

You will sit alongside our Head of Production, acting as the conduit between strategy, creative and execution, monitoring and overseeing projects from brief to delivery. You will report to the founders.

You will also take ownership of a number of key client accounts, bringing your experience to our accounts function and acting as a trusted partner to clients.

Who this role is for

* Has 3+ years in an agency environment (social, creative, production or integrated)
* Is naturally organised, structured and detail-oriented
* Thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments
* Is confident managing both clients and internal teams
* Understands how social/content/production workflows operate
* Is looking for a fast route to an Account Director role in a dynamic environment
* Is comfortable being the person who holds the standard

* Accountability - you don’t let things slip and are happy owning team-wide schedules
* Proactivity - you solve problems before they exist
* Calm under pressure - you keep things moving, even when busy

* Social fluency - able to speak fluently on social / content to act as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
