This role involves supporting teachers and pupils across all areas of the curriculum. Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting pupils' learning.
Provide general classroom support to ensure a positive learning environment.
Support students with varying needs, promoting their academic and personal development.
Help with planning and preparing classroom activities as required.
Supervise pupils during break times or extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom resources and displays.Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about working with children.
Interest in pastoral care and student well-being is highly desirable.
Willingness to undertake relevant training provided by the school.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to supporting both staff and students.
