Your focus will be on ensuring efficientworkflows, meeting production targets, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all operational activities across both sites
2. Oversee production planning and job scheduling
3. Ensure efficient machine and resource utilisation
4. Maintain high levels of product quality through inspections and process control
5. Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives
6. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for production teams
7. Manage HR matters including staffing, training, and performance reviews
8. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
9. Monitor machine maintenance schedules and production downtime
10. Support other departments and operational needs as required
