An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Model Lead, who can support and lead on the implementation and embedding of Middlesbrough new Practice Model 'Safeguarding Together'.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner able to support, inspire and encourage our workforce on this exciting journey.
The right candidate will support the embedding of the practice Model and related procedures, and processes ensuring all forms and functions are aligned with this practice framework.
They will provide professional expertise, scrutiny and practice support in relation to all aspects of the assessment and care management process, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to children and families across the continuum from early help to looked after children.
This vacancy is fixed term until 01.03.2027
