Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to work across two of our Bradford Schemes. This role is 28 hours per week to be worked across four days. This role is paying £18,948 per annum (FTE 23,685).
In this role you will work across two of our schemes, Bradford NewStart and BTAS Men. You will spend two days per week at each scheme.
The NewStart Service provides supported accommodation dispersed accommodation, floating (visiting) support for males, female offenders, and ex-offenders aged 18 and over. The service is for those with a high degree of housing need who are at risk of re-offending. Bradford Temporary Accommodation Service (BTAS) provides short-term temporary and emergency accommodation and support for people who Bradford Local Authority owe a statutorily (legally) homeless duty.
As an Administrator, you will perform a wide range of secretarial/clerical and associated duties for the team under the supervision of the Scheme Manager. You will assist in the development and maintenance of efficient systems used throughout the organisation for administrative, monitoring and reporting purposes. You will deliver a first-class service to the people we work with (both internal and external) at the first point of contact.
