About the Role
Home Care Branch Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager required for one of the largest domiciliary care providers in the UK. Based in Hove, BN3. Salary: £42,412 + Benefits.
The role of the Branch Manager is to manage day‑to‑day activity and grow a successful care team that delivers personal care services to users. You will be accountable for ensuring an adequate number of suitably qualified care workers are available, that care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed, controlled, and documented. You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day activity of the branch and grow the care team.
* Ensure correct staffing levels and standards of care.
* Maintain compliance with internal quality controls, regulatory and contractual requirements.
* Oversee documentation and process control.

* Efficient, organised and experienced Home Care Manager.
* Passion for providing the best in community care.
* Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory framework for the group's range of services.
* Good budget, business management and commercial skills.
