Rated by the CQC, our service looks and feels like a home, not a hospital, with modern detached houses where every resident has their own front door key and bedroom. We work with a strengths-based, least restrictive approach, helping people build confidence, daily living skills, and resilience for community life. The Role As a Staff Nurse, you’ll manage a small caseload from admission to discharge, delivering person-centred recovery plans that make a real difference.
