Our client, a well-respected Independent Estate Agents, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Cardiff.

Working hours of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
1. Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
2. 1 in 4 Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm (day off in lieu)
Our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:
3. Up to £23,000 basic DOE
4. £35,000 OTE
5. Car allowance
6. Career progression
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
7. Experience in property sales
8. Excellent communication both written and verbal
9. The ability to meet deadlines.
10. Full UK driver’s license
11. Good organisation and time management
Key tasks of a Senior Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
12. Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
13. Book viewings using the company’s system.
14. Generate offers.
15. Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
16. Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures.
17. Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
18. Conduct valuations and instructions
19. Undertake sales progression
